Premeir WordPress Hosting Services, Security, and Maintenance

I host it, update it, back it up, and watch it. You get a report every two weeks so you always know where things stand.

What The Plan Covers

WordPress Security Updates

Core and plugin updates applied and tested, so an update never takes your site down.

Secured Hosting

Built for WordPress specifically, not a shared bargain plan with three thousand other sites on it.

Daily Backups

A working copy of your site from yesterday, every day. Restorable in minutes.

Compatibility and Accessibility Support

Your site keeps working across browsers, phones, and screen readers as things change.

Security Monitoring

Watched daily for malware and unauthorized changes, so problems get caught before customers see them.

Speed and Performance

Regular checks on load times, because slow pages cost you people who were ready to call.

Website Design

Need the site itself, not just the upkeep? Custom WordPress builds, designed from scratch and then hosted and maintained by the person who built them.

SEO Services

Hosting keeps your site running. SEO is what gets people to it. Local and technical SEO so customers in Hickory and across North Carolina can actually find you.

Accessibility

Your site should work for everyone, including people using screen readers or navigating by keyboard. I’ll audit what you have and tell you what’s worth fixing.

Why Kept?

WordPress is one of the biggest platforms on the internet, which makes it the thing attackers scan for first. Most website break-ins aren't personal, they're automated. A internet bot looking for an outdated plugin on a site that hasn't been updated in a while.

That's the part you don't have time for.
You're running a business, not tracking plugin patch notes and vulnerabilities.

That's where I step in... Updates get applied and tested, backups run daily, and the site gets watched for changes you didn't make. If something does go wrong, you call me. Not a ticket queue, not whoever picks up. Me, and I already know your site because I was the one who built it and maintained it since day one. Every two weeks you get a report telling you exactly what I did and what I'm keeping an eye on. I am dedicated to protecting your time and your business long-term. In fact, if your site goes down for ANY reason (even due to client error), our team will restore it for you business.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take?

Most builds run 3 to 5 weeks from approved quote to launch. The biggest variable is how quickly you get me content and feedback. I’ll tell you upfront if your timeline is unrealistic rather than agreeing and missing it.

Can I update it myself?

Yes, and you get a recorded walkthrough of how. Most clients handle their own text and photo changes and can call me for structural work.

Do I own the site?

Completely. Domain, files, and content, all in your name. If we part ways I’ll help you move it.

Do I have to use your hosting?

No, but I’d recommend it. Here’s why: Your site has to live somewhere and you’ll pay for that either way. The difference is whether anyone’s watching it after launch. WordPress needs regular updates, updates will break things, and nobody notices until a customer tells you your form isn’t working. My plan covers hosting, updates, backups, security, and a report every two weeks so you know exactly what’s going on.

What if I don't have the content ready?

Common, and not a problem. Plenty of businesses know what they do but have never written it down. If you can give me the basics on your first call, who you serve, what you sell, and what makes people choose you, I can write the site copy for you. It’s a separate service and I’ll quote it upfront so you know the cost before we start. Bring me anything you’ve already got that sounds like you, even a rough email or a sales pitch you’ve given a hundred times, and I’ll work from there.

Will I be the first result on Google?

Nobody can promise you that, and anyone who does is selling you something. Rankings depend on how competitive your market is, how established your competitors are, and algorithm changes none of us control. What I can tell you is that every site I build ships with the technical SEO in place: proper structure, pages built to be crawled, and a layout that’s easy for people to read, which search engines happen to reward too. Getting to the top of page one is a long game measured in months and years, not weeks. If you want to actually compete for it, that’s what ongoing SEO work is for.

What if we're not a good fit?

I’ll tell you on the first call. I turn down projects when I don’t think I’m the right person, because a bad fit costs us both more than the work is worth.
